I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years both personally and professionally. In my current role, I provide internal training related to the client experience. So, I'm pretty tuned in to when I am getting good service or not.Elevated Roofing is a rare contractor providing exceptional service. I feel like they had been through my training and implemented all of it!When looking for a roofing contractor, I asked another contractor that had recently done work for me, if they had any recommendations and they provided me with someone they would highly recimmend, but warned me that they might be booked up a year out. I searched the Internet and found five contractors I felt comfortable reaching out to, which included the recommended contractor. Only 2 even responded to my inquiry, with Matt and Elevated Roofing being the first, and was almost an immediate responseMatt met with me later that week and was very personable and provided me with options and explained their process very well. I received estimates form both contractors. Matt provided all of their licensing and insurance information along with other pertinent information. The other contractor basically gave me their price and that was it. The two were within 1% of each other on price, so I knew the prices were good. The fact that Elevated Roofing was less was merely a slight bonus, as I would have went with them had the prices been reversed just based on the experience.From there the communication was excellent, Erika was great getting me scheduled and handling payments.J.T. was the PM on my job and ciuldn't have been better. He visited prior to the scheduled date to check out the existing conditions himself and met with me to set the expectations and answer additional questions. The day of work, he was sending me photos at every stage of the job and giving me updates.The crew was great. They were very respectful and did a great job of keeping the site cleaned up throughout the process.Hiring a contractor can be stressful, but Elevated Roofing made the whole process comfortable and gave me the confidence that all would go well. I would highly recommend them.
